What are cookies?
This cookie policy explains what cookies are and how we use them, the types of cookies we use, that is, the information we collect using cookies and how this information is used, and how to manage cookie settings.

Website forms
The website offers three forms: a contact form, a stay request form (dates, number of people, desired room, table d’hôtes or picnic, message) and a gift voucher order form (option, number of nights, dinners, wellness experience, first name of the person to whom it is given, message, how the voucher is received).
The information you enter (last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number if you provide it, message and the information specific to each form) is used only to answer your request, to organise your stay or to prepare your gift voucher. Its use is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box provided for this purpose before sending.
It is sent by e-mail to contact@grangedelabille.fr and recorded in the website’s administration area, managed with the Fluent Forms plugin. It is never passed on to other companies or organisations for advertising purposes. It is kept for the time necessary to process your request and your stay, within the limits set out in the section “How long we keep your data” below.
To view, correct or have deleted the information you have sent, write to contact@grangedelabille.fr.
Google reviews
The website displays the latest reviews published by internet users on the Google listing of La Grange de L’Abille: name or pseudonym of the author, date, rating and text of the review, as they are public on Google. These reviews are retrieved automatically from the establishment’s Google account by means of the WP Social Ninja plugin, then stored in the website’s database. They are reproduced without modification.
To display these reviews, your browser does not connect to Google: they are served by the website itself. The “See the reviews on Google” links take you to Google, whose privacy policy applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy). If you are the author of a review, you can edit or delete it from your Google account; for any request concerning its display on this website, write to contact@grangedelabille.fr.
Instagram, Facebook and route services
The website contains links to our Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/la_grange_de_l_abille/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Katinkadelabille/) accounts, as well as route links to Google Maps and Waze. These links do not transmit any data by themselves: if you click, you leave the website and the privacy policy of the service concerned (Instagram and Facebook: Meta; Google Maps: Google; Waze) applies.
You can also contact us or order a gift voucher via Instagram; the messages you send then are subject to the terms of that service.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, and track your interactions with this embedded content if you have a logged-in account on their website.
